· Helps manager in Raw Material Analysis
· Helps manager in Finished Goods Analysis
· Knowledge of recipe development
· Exposure to quality audits & legal affairs

· Improve existing product to meet the needs of the target markets.
· Manage product testing and trails assessing the materials used.
· Efficiency of the process and effectiveness of the final product.
· Design & evaluate materials, process & equipment.
