About the Role,
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible to manage and achieve targeted levels of efficiency, production, safety, quality parameters and optimize availability of process and production equipment by providing leadership to the Management team.
Candidates without the following will not be considered.
- 15 years progressive poultry processing management experience in modern, high speed, operations of 12,000 birds/hour or more.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
- Strong influencing in developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Degree qualified with preferably a bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences or Engineering.
