Our Food Safety Auditor
As an integral part of the Falla leadership team, our Food Safety Auditor contributes to the overall commercial performance of the business while delivering exceptional customer and team member experiences.
The Food Safety Auditor ensures that the food manufacturing process is safe by monitoring and controlling the production process from raw ingredient intake to the packaging of finished products. They ensure that all processing meets rigorous standards of quality and hygiene. They also advise proper food handling practices and provide food hygiene training for all new hires and trainees. Identifies risk areas in various food operations and takes preemptive remedial action. Provides technical advice on product labelling issues for fulfilling government requirements. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit or walk for an extended period. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Ensures that each team member follows our standardized processes designed to provide a high-quality customer experience
- Report quality-related accidents or other incidents immediately upon occurrence
- Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and report them to
Hygiene & Quality management
- Provide appropriate safety training and certifications to the team to perform work tasks.
- Weekly reporting and Monthly reporting on Hygiene and Quality KPIs
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic,
Policies and Procedures professional, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
